I fell in love with Paula Carter’s exceptional bears many years ago and am delighted to have a few in my own collection. Paula makes generously-sized bears from first class materials and she is endlessly inventive in devising new looks for her bears, be they classic or contemporary designs.

	Rosa The colour scheme for Rosa was inspired by the roses in Paula’s garden. Measuring 20 inches, she is made from a lovely dense cream alpaca and has peachy-pink velvet paw pads and nose embroidery. Rosa has a growler and is quite a substantial lass – a real handful, in fact, as the most beautiful girls often are! SOLD
	Rosita What a pretty picture Rosita makes in her ditsy rose print frock! Made from tan mohair, she measures 14 inches high and has black glass eyes and paw pads/inner ears that match her frock fabric. Simply adorable! SOLD
	Sophia This ravishing 20-inch Clown bear is made of gorgeous mohair in three different shades – white for the head and paws, and girly pink and soft dove grey for her body, arms and legs. She has three pretty heart-shaped buttons down her front and a fine silver-grey ruff around her neck. Sophia has been made with all the creativity and attention to detail that fans have come to expect of Paula’s bears. Her lovely blue eyes are sparkly and she is fitted with a deep growl that lets you know that, okay, she may be feminine but all the same, this girl is definitely All Bear! 	Buttercup Beautiful Buttercup is made from mohair in a pretty pale yellow shade, hence her name! She measures 14 inches high, is firmly softly filled and has lovely peachy velvet paw pads.
